Technical characteristics |
The augers, built in the Unifast-Ag.m. plants using robotised welding systems, are equipped with sabre-like blades (B) to shred the forage: this cutting motion, combined with the action of the programmable hydraulic counter-blades (TOP CUT, C), reduces cutting times and gives the desired size of fibrous product.
On the two-augers 2WE/F/G, models the two augers are mounted on load-bearing gearboxes, interconnected via cardan (Long Life) transmission: this allows synchronised intersection of the two augers, which, as they rotate in the same direction (A), ensure perfect mixing.
Even, fast distribution of the mix along the troughs, thanks to large hatches (D) and two-sided stainless steel unloading belts (E).
Ag.m vehicles can also be equipped with fixed permanent magnets (G) or rotary magnets (Magnetic Rollers) (H) to eliminate ferrous impurities, thus enhancing ration quality even further.
